Philosophy of Practice
Tina’s practice is person-centred, strengths-based and trauma-informed. She believes that behaviour is meaningful and that effective support begins with understanding each person’s experiences, communication, relationships and environment.
She takes the time to build trusting relationships and create spaces where people feel heard, respected and valued. Working alongside participants, families, carers and multidisciplinary teams, Tina develops practical strategies that strengthen communication, support emotional regulation and build confidence, independence and participation in everyday life.
